Some 60 stalls and
pitches are available for booking by community groups and individuals.
Forms are available from the Acton Community Forum. All cheques should
be issued in the name of the ACF. |

Fees
- The fees for stalls and pitches are:
Food stalls and pitches:
£100 plus a £50 deposit, returnable if stall / pitch is
left free of litter
Arts / crafts / information stalls and pitches:
£25 for community groups and £75 for all other organisations |

Registration
- Completed stall / pitch forms and cheques should be sent to the
ACF, with copies of insurance and food hygiene certificates, if relevant.
While every effort will be made to accommodate placement requests,
these cannot be guaranteed. Setting up -
You may unload your car or van in the Acton Park between 8:30am and
10:30am, but you will not be able to park there. Parking is available
along East Acton Lane and East Churchfield Road and elsewhere. You
may set up from 8:30am. |

Displays
- For reasons of public safety, displays must be confined to the stall
/ pitch space and cannot extend on to the ground in front. If you
need more space, please book a double stall / pitch. The ACF does
not provide chairs for stallholders.
Litter - Each stallholder is responsible for keeping
their area free of litter throughout the carnival and for providing
bags for customers to dispose of rubbish. Environmental Health will
be making spot checks. |
